Instant Tensor Serum penetrates deeply through the multiple layers of the epidermis and is designed for best efficacy to be used with the CC Cream that penetrates into the upper layer. For optimum results, use with a daily moisturizer or night cream to increase overall effectiveness.

Cerule Skin products are made with Pure Seawater and Algae from the island of Molene. Molene belongs to the Iroise Islands and seas Biosphere Reserve.

Located on the coast of Brittany in France, this reserve is almost 100,000 hectares wide. There are strong currents, high tides and the water can reach 20 meters in depth. Seawater

Our formulas are isotonic, made with pure seawater from the Atlantic Ocean in Brittany.

Collected from a protected area from outside pollution, the sea water is filtered of all impurities and sterilized by microfiltration.

Pure Seawater revitalizes and remineralizes the skin by a synergic diffusion of minerals and trace elements.

Seawater at a perfect degree of salinity creates an isotonic environment for cells. Thus the concentration of water is similar in solute to that of the membrane of our cells.

Cells will recognize the same concentration and take what they need in minerals and trace elements for an optimum effect. Through biomimicry, seawater increases the product's effectiveness by promoting the diffusion of active ingredients through the skin barrier.

Seaweeds

Our seaweeds are Ecocert certified.

The seaweeds used in Cerule Skin products are harvested by hand according to tradition, within the biosphere of Molene Island.



They are then transformed into powder and aqueous or oily extracts within 24 hours after having been harvested, so it preserves all their freshness and nutrients. The extraction method has a specific and ecological process. All the algae types used in our products are ECOCERT certified.

The Wheat protein complex contains hundreds of amino acids that form hydrolyzed proteins called peptides.

Hyaluronic Acid (Low molecular weight)
Hyaluronic acid is a micro-molecule that penetrates into the epidermis layer of skin providing deep moisture and a plumping effect.

Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in the body and is one of the most important elements that form the structure of skin. The function of Hyaluronic acid is to attract and retain water in the skin by forming an elastic gel; this gel contains up to 20 times its weight in water.

The quality and quantity of hyaluronic acid our body produces is diminished due to the natural process of aging accompanied by external factors like UV radiation and pollution; eventually the skin starts to lose its elasticity and wrinkles begin to appear. Pure seawater revitalizes and re-mineralizes the skin by a synergistic diffusion of minerals and trace elements. Collected from a protected area without pollution, the seawater is filtered of all impurities and sterilized by microfiltration.

Seawater contains a perfect degree of salinity and creates an isotonic environment similar in solution to the membrane of our own cells and thus creates a perfect symmetry for the cells to absorb the minerals and trace elements they need for optimum balance and health.

Through this effect (biomimicry) the seawater increases the effectiveness of the product by enhancing the infusion of active ingredients through the skin barrier.

Red Algae Gel
Red algae gel contains Chondrus crispus extracts, also known as Sea Lichen. Sea Lichen is a red algae that lives on coastal rocks and is rich in sulphated polysaccharides, essential amino acids, vitamin C, magnesium, iodine, iron, copper and zinc. Red algae gel moisturizes, soothes, heals, softens, re mineralizes and brings radiance and brightness to the skin.

Barley Organic Floral Water (from organic certified agriculture)
Barley organic floral water is a concentrate of nutrients rich in vitamin B, carotenoids, mineral salts, essential amino acids and trace elements.

This concentrate contains nourishing and revitalizing properties that regenerate the skin for a visibly brighter and more youthful appearance.

When do I apply Instant Tensor Serum?
We recommend applying the Instant Tensor Serum in the morning and evening.

In the Morning:
On a perfectly clean face and neck, start your Cerule Skin application ritual with the Instant Tensor Serum and then apply your CC Cream.

Note: This formula is SPF free. We advise applying to your face a 30 to 50 SPF if you are going out in the sun. Apply the SPF after the Instant Tensor Serum and before the CC cream.

For very dry to dry skin: Apply the Instant Tensor Serum followed by a daily moisturizer adapted to your skin type. You can then apply the CC Cream.

For normal or sensitive skin: Apply the Instant Tensor Serum and then the CC Cream.

For combination to oily skin: Apply the Instant Tensor Serum. If you find the Serum makes your skin too shiny, apply the Serum only to the area around the eyes and contour of the lips. Follow with the CC Cream all over the face as it has matte-like properties.

In the Evening:
Apply your Instant Tensor Serum and then apply a night skincare product adapted to your skin type.

How do I apply Instant Tensor Serum?
Collect a few drops of the Instant Tensor Serum with your fingertip and apply to the face, around the eyes and the neck with smoothing movements. The Serum is applied gently without wrinkling or pulling on the skin The light texture of the Serum is rapidly absorbed in the epidermis.

Can the Instant Tensor Serum be used by both men and women?
Yes! Both men and women will benefit from the Instant Tensor Serum. The fragrance is pleasant for both men and women and the formula does not leave a shiny or pearly effect. An additional benefit for men is to apply Instant Tensor Serum apply as an after-shave care to quickly soothe the skin weakened by the blade.

What age do you recommend starting the Instant Tensor Serum?
We recommend starting to use the Instant Tensor Serum between 25 to 35 years old to prevent the appearance of skin-aging related signs.

What is the shelf life after opening?
Shelf life is up to 6 months after opening.

Is Instant Tensor Serum certified organic?
Instant Tensor Serum is awaiting certification by Ecocert Cosmos Naturel. The Serum contains 98.5% natural ingredients of which 20% are from organic agriculture. The remaining 1.5% consists of the fragrance and preservative.

Are the algaes used in the formulas certified organic?
Yes. All the algae used in our products are Ecocert certified. The seaweed ingredients in the Cerule Skin line are harvested by hand according to tradition within the biosphere of Molene Island.
